My Masters research focussed on the role of self-awareness for integrating parts of the psychological self. A case study method was used to explore an individual’s process of self-discovery through a process of schema mode therapy.
My PhD research titled Minding your own game: Self-regulation and psychological momentum among golfers, included: a conceptual analysis of psychological momentum, a mixed method study exploring self-regulation strategies that golfers use during momentum phases while playing golf, and a staggered multiple-baseline single-case research design incorporating mixed methods to study the role of mindfulness in ego-regulation and psychological momentum experiences among golfers.
